You’ll receive an online diagnostic survey regarding current innovation practices and challenges within your organisation. This information will provide faculty with valuable insight to tailor the content of the sessions.

Explore innovation trends and understand and enact innovation across products, services, offerings, and business models. You’ll assess your organisation's current innovation landscape and learn to build a compelling business case for innovation.

Discover how to develop systems level leadership for innovation and leverage stakeholder engagement and align processes, governance, and measurement systems to support sustained innovation. You’ll also explore how mindset, leadership behaviours, psychological safety, and incentives shape innovation.

Explore how leaders enable innovation and understand the leadership behaviours needed to navigate exploration vs. exploitation. This session will focus on developing the paradoxical leadership skills needed to drive performance in the short term while cultivating long-term innovation capacity. You’ll conclude by learning how to build resilient innovation pipelines, identify risks and explore barriers.  

You’ll reconvene for a final day to review and discuss your work through structured reflection, enabling you to further embed innovation tools and practices in to your organisations.
