To conclude the day, CEO of the Royal Academy of dance, Elizabeth Honer, will host a session on how to effectively implement a new strategy. 

Discover practical tools for strategy implementation, from KPI templates to data-driven decision-making, the session grounds strategic thinking in real-world application. The day concludes with techniques for building a performance culture and sustaining behavioural change, as each participant crafts a personalised roadmap for action.
