For an organisation to move forward innovation is essential. However, driving innovation within an organisation is not an easy process. 

This Postgraduate Award will explore how you can develop a strategic approach to innovation within your organisation, nurturing the knowledge and creativity that can lead to product, process, service, or organisational change. You will be introduced to a range of theories and concepts that will enable you to understand how to
innovate in a way that creates value for your customers. Through practical content, this course will explore how you can create an environment that embeds innovation at its heart in any business context, from for-profit organisations to those in the public or charitable sector.

You will explore key levers for innovation such as new technologies, use case studies to learn from the practices of innovative companies and learn how to evaluate and apply approaches to innovation to your organisation.

This Postgraduate Award will run across four days of face-to-face teaching at our London base in The Shard, with a six week window to complete your assignments.

Successful completion of three Postgraduate Awards will grant you a Postgraduate Certificate.

 

It is ideal if you aren't sure whether you want to take your studies onto the Executive Diploma level, but want to make your mark with an accredited qualification from the University of Warwick, and enhance your CV.

Executive Diplomas
Executive Diplomas

Successful completion of four themed Postgraduate Awards, plus an assessed Project Module (40 credits), will grant you an Executive Diploma in one of our specialist subject areas.

 

You can complete your Executive Diploma in just over one year, through four modules each studied over four days. If you need to, you have up to five years to complete your Executive Diploma. This is an accredited qualification, awarded by the University of Warwick.
