Digitalisation is happening everywhere, every company and organisation is now digital. This Postgraduate Award will focus on what digital transformation is, how has it evolved and what it means in the current context of the world.
You will also explore how you can effectively lead and manage digital transformation in your organisation, looking at the challenges and opportunities you will face as leaders across sectors and functions. Through interactive workshops, you will apply theories and concepts to real-life contexts that can be linked to your current organisation.
This Postgraduate Award will run across four days of face-to-face teaching at our London base in The Shard, with a six week window to complete your assignments.
You will consolidate your learning through relevant assignments that will provide useful tools to take back to your organisation.
