Throughout the course, you'll develop a deep grounding in core business disciplines including accounting, economics, and strategy, supported by rigorous quantitative methods training. Alongside this, you'll explore digital business strategy, gain both theoretical and hands‑on experience in applying AI within organisational contexts, and examine the ethical considerations that shape responsible AI adoption.

Upon completion of the course, you'll have the skillset and confidence to accurately evaluate an organisation's strategy and environment, and critically appraise current issues and research in business and management.
