This one-day interactive masterclass from KIN - the Innovation Network at Warwick Business School will take a deep dive into the KM Chef's Canvas and 'Chef's Specials' highlighting examples of good and innovative KM practices*. The masterclass is to be conducted according to the 'Chatham House Rule' and will be highly interactive. It will follow a format "DIDOR" (Describe, Illustrate, Do, Reflect) that Paul has frequently used for Masterclasses of this type. Each delegate will be encouraged to contribute throughout the day so that we can all learn from each other’s experiences.
Paul Corney is Managing Partner of knowledge et al. He will be joined by Sara Traynor, an Executive Coach and previously Director of Knowledge & Learning at a professional services firm. Sara, a certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator, will facilitate the consolidation session.
