This one-day interactive masterclass will explore the hot topics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the user-led Design Thinking process.
The workshop will prime delegates with an understanding of both topics, before investigating the opportunities they provide to help organisations: innovate, automate and manage large volumes of data, information and knowledge.
Participants will discuss where these techniques apply to their own work, while being able to understand the risks and benefits associated with each field - with an emphasis on practical examples and how are future roles may change.
Dr Tom Parsons is co-director of Spotlight Data, who research and develop AI software for large organisations and governments.
Prior to this, Tom was a Knowledge Management consultant specialising in innovation and lessons learnt, with experience in the aerospace, pharmaceutical and higher education fields.
