Reading the Politics of Chaos

Free Event • Registration Required

Politics is just about decisions, bar the harm and malice. In uncertain times, those processes destabilise, power structures soften and ground can be lost and taken. Those with their eye on the future, will also have their eye on the politics. Do you?

During this fast-paced webinar, Colin will share with share with you the structures you can use to give shape to the politics flowing around the key decisions in this time. With up-to-date insights on the current dynamics, you will be able to analyse your territory and learn how to notice the early-warning clues of power plays and shifts, and be able to adapt your approach. Most importantly, you will also learn why a political storm is brewing amongst all the collaboration.

Without doubt, this session will open your eyes, help you to see how things are changing, and equip you to be able to proactively move to strengthen your position, while helping your organisation and maintaining your integrity.
