Group Dynamics: which groups are effective in decision making?

The success of a business is not always determined by business essentials such as innovation, marketing and finance. Softer skills around how a team functions, how it makes decisions and how it disagrees are just as important, if not one of the keys to success. Identifying the faultlines early on can be crucial to success. In this webinar John Lyon will explore which groups are the most effective at decision making and why reaching a consensus can make or break a business.
