Grazia D. Santangelo is a Professor of International Business at the University of Bologna, Italy. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management and is widely recognized for her research on multinational enterprises (MNEs), innovation, and global value chains. Her work often explores how firms develop and leverage technological capabilities across borders, particularly in emerging and dynamic markets.

Professor Santangelo has published in leading academic journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Research Policy, and Journal of World Business. She is actively involved in the international academic community, serving on editorial boards and contributing to major conferences in the field of international business and innovation management.
