During this event you will gain a taste of the programme content, meet the Programme Director, and hear from the current Researchers about their experience of the programme. The Open Evening will also provide an opportunity for networking with fellow DBA candidates and DBA Researchers.

With

Professor Giovanni Radaelli is the Director of the DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration). He is a member of the editorial review board for Journal of Operations Management and International Journal of Operations and Production Management.

His research relates mainly to the role and agency of 'operations professionals' in the development of 'professional operations'. His studies investigate how 'operations professionals' (e.g. operations managers, quality managers, supply chain managers) facilitate service innovations, inter-disclinary collaborations, technology implementation, and quality improvement in professional settings, such as healthcare and academia.

Giovanni's research interests extend beyond this topic, and evolve over time. In recent years, he has been exploring the interference of socially irresponsible actors (especially: organized crime) in professional operations and supply networks.
