World class: Graduates of the School's Global Online MBA earn on average more than $200,000

Warwick Business School’s Global Online MBA has been rated third in the world in the new QS Rankings, while four of its Master’s programmes have climbed the global rankings.

Higher education analysts QS placed all four of the School’s Master’s courses in the world’s top 20, while it also ranked the School 30th in its global Full-time MBA rankings.

The latest QS Online MBA ranking means the School’s Global Online MBA has been ranked among the world’s top three by QS and the Financial Times for more than a decade.

In addition to the Online MBA success, Warwick Business School has also achieved outstanding results in the QS Business Masters Rankings 2026:

  • MSc Marketing: Ranked sixth in the world

  • MSc Business Analytics: Rose four places to 13th globally

  • MSc Finance: Up two to be ranked 19th globally

  • MSc Management: A seven-place rise to 15th in the world.

Andy Lockett, Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Dean of WBS, said: “These are another great set of rankings for the School, and confirm our status among the top tier of business schools in the world. They reflect our continued commitment to academic excellence, innovation in digital learning, and impactful career outcomes for students worldwide.

“At WBS, we strive to deliver transformational education that empowers professionals to lead with purpose and agility in a rapidly changing world. Our Global Online MBA combines academic rigour with real-world relevance, and we are delighted to see it recognised on the global stage once again.

“As the business school for Change Makers, we give students the tools and opportunities to turn ambition into action.”

The QS Business Masters Rankings assess programmes across key indicators including employability, academic reputation, alumni outcomes, value for money and diversity.

WBS scored particularly highly across the rankings for thought leadership, with the School reaching second in the world in the MSc Marketing ranking. This reflects the global reputation of WBS academics and the quality of their research.

Meanwhile, the QS Online MBA Ranking gives a 30 per cent weighting to the School’s reputation with employers, with faculty and teaching also an important factor in WBS reaching third in the world.

The Global Online MBA makes use of the School’s £1.2 million SmartStage® technology, a virtual classroom that recently won Best Digital Transformation 2025 award at the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards.
