Biography

Hi, I'm Deyu! I'm an Mres/PhD student in Marketing at Warwick Business School. My academic journey has taken me from Applied Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, to Computational Social Science at UC San Diego, and now to Warwick.

Outside academia, I enjoy listening to Yorushika and Aimer. I'm always happy to grab a coffee, have interesting conversations, and make new friends. Feel free to reach out! Nice to meet you&很高兴认识你！

Research Interests

My curiosity about consumer behaviour began with an undergraduate course called Decision Making Process. Since then, I've been fascinated by a simple question: why do people make the choices they do?


I'm currently conducting research in consumer behaviour, particularly in the context of AI and emerging technologies, while also exploring the world of quantitative marketing. I'm excited to see how behavioural insights and data-driven approaches can come together to better understand consumers.
