Dr. Ye He is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy & International Business Group at Warwick Business School. She obtained her Ph.D. in International Management & Organization at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, Canada.

Ye's research interest lies at the intersection of strategy, international business and sustainability, with a particular focus on stakeholder management and value creation of organizations. Her research seeks to understand whether, how, under what conditions, and the extent to which organizations create value for various stakeholders and contribute to sustainable development for local and global communities. Her work has received the Best Paper honour at the Academy of Management, and she is the finalist for the 2022 Alan M. Rugman Most Promising Scholar Award.

Her recent projects explore the role of multinational enterprises (MNEs) in society, including MNEs' motives, FDI strategies and their social impact. She also examines the antecedents and consequences of corporate responsible and irresponsible practices, as well as the conditions that facilitate or impede the global diffusion of sustainable practices.
