I joined WBS in 2024 and have previously worked in lecturing, academic, leadership and learning and development roles in universities, the public and social enterprise sectors. I have also worked as an independent consultant and designed bespoke higher education and leadership development programmes for commercial organisations.

I have a Doctorate in Education which focused on manager's experience of workplace learning and organisational culture, an MSc in Psychology, MEd in Lifelong learning and a PgDip in Occupational Psychology. I also hold Senior Fellowship of the HEA.

My interests are workplace/work related learning, accessibility and authentic assessment.
