Biography

Originally from Beijing, China, I moved to the UK nearly 30 years ago
to pursue higher education. After completing both my undergraduate and
postgraduate studies in London, I embarked on a career in the UK
education sector, where I gained extensive experience and a deep
understanding of the British higher education landscape, particularly
in the area of student recruitment.

I joined the University of Warwick in 2006 as a Regional Recruitment
Manager, overseeing student recruitment activities across diverse
international markets, including Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and
Europe. Since then, I have built a strong track record in global
student engagement and admissions strategy.

For the past nine years, I have served as Recruitment Manager at
Warwick Business School (WBS), where I have been responsible for
leading undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment efforts both in the
UK and internationally.

In March 2025, I relocated to China to further enhance the WBS'
presence in the region. My current role focuses on student recruitment
and the development of strategic partnerships with Chinese universities.
