Biography

With a background in the UK water industry I completed my PhD at WBS.
After graduating I stayed at the school and am currently an Assistant
Professor in the ISM-Analytics (ISMA) group. 

I am interested in how groups of people structure, formulate or frame
problems and explore possible solutions. Problem structuring typically
involves collaborative work to design interventions, facilitate
workshops, and conduct qualitative analyses and then develop options
and recommendations, all whilst negotiating stakeholder perspectives
and building a shared commitment to action.
