Biography

I am the Senior Operations Coordinator in the Operations Team within
WBS Masters Portfolio.

In this role, I work closely with colleagues across the Operations
Team to ensure a consistently high quality experience for all
stakeholders - including students, programme teams, faculty, and
departments across the School and University. My work focuses on
coordinating and delivering cross-portfolio projects and initiatives
that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Key areas of responsibility include cross-portfolio operational
projects, module administration, process improvement activities, data
analysis, and management of the WBS Masters Reception space. I
collaborate widely across academic and administrative teams to ensure
seamless delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Outside of work, I'm a keen runner and a proud supporter of Coventry
City FC.
