Harveen is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at Warwick Business School. She is Course Director of the Global Online MBA (London) and she co-leads two of the largest modules at Warwick Business School, Business in Practice (PG level) and Entrepreneurial Mindset (UG level). She specialises in teaching entrepreneurship, especially lean startup methodology and is developing the practice of coaching and mentoring for entrepreneurs.

She has previously set up her own company designing entrepreneurship programmes for universities and accelerators. She has been a Growth Manager on a UK government programme managing a portfolio of 25 startups and leading them to sales and investment. She has prior teaching experience from Imperial College London, Royal Holloway and LSE on MBA, Masters and UG programmes.

Harveen has received a number of awards and nominations in recent years. She won the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award in 2023, which recognises the achievements of 100 women in the UK as future leaders. She was nominated for the Warwick Award for Teaching Excellence (WATE) in 2023 and 2022. She received the WBS Award for Outstanding Contribution to Teaching in both 2022 and 2021. She won two National Enterprise Educator Awards for Enterprise Catalyst and People's Choice in 2020. She was also named as one of the Best 40 Under 40 Business School Professors by Poets&Quants in 2019.
