Mark Swain is Client Relationship Director for Executive Education at Warwick Business School.

Passionate about creating powerful learning experiences, and delivering impactful training programmes, he is committed to building mutual partnerships and long-term relationships.

His focus is helping groups and leaders step confidently into more senior roles, by strengthening their strategic, interpersonal and operational capabilities. He also supports key talent groups, such as HiPos and women leaders, in advancing their impact. 

Specialist areas include strategic leadership and talent development, and he continues to develop the concept of "value" and ROI in learning, plus leading and applying analytics and AI.
