Dr. Neha Gupta is a teaching and practice oriented Assistant Professor in Information Systems Management and Analytics group. She holds a PhD in Urban Data Science from Warwick Institute Of Science of Cities (WISC), University of Warwick (2018). She is a Senior Fellow Of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and a Fellow of Warwick International Higher Education Academy (WIHEA) where she co-leads AI in Education Learning Circle particularly focussing on "AI Literacy" for educators in HE sector. She leads and teaches on technology-focused modules and has been recognized for her outstanding teaching with the WBS CORE Teaching Award for three consecutive years (2022 to 2025).

Before commencing an academic role at WBS, her career spanned working in diverse technical, consultancy and management roles in various multinational firms (AGCO Corporation, UCAS, HSBC, AVON Cosmetics, TEOCO in the UK and TATA Consultancy Services, LG Soft, Bharti Telecom Group in India). She is a PRINCE2 certified practitioner in Project Management.

Outside work, she is keen for yoga, exploring spiritual disciplines and volunteering for local community (particularly working with young children).
