Dr Neha Gupta

Dr. Neha Gupta is a Teaching Fellow in Information Systems Management group. She is a Fellow Of Higher Education Academy (FHEA). She holds a PhD in Urban Science and Social Media Analytics from Warwick Institute Of Science of Cities, University of Warwick (2018). During her PhD she partially worked as a doctoral student consultant for HSBC, London. She was a member of organizing committee for Data Science for Social Good (DSSG),a flagship Data Science summer fellowship designed by Carnegie Mellon University (https://www.dssgfellowship.org/people/2019-fellows-mentors-warwick/) which came to the UK for the first time and was jointly hosted by University Of Warwick and Alan Turing Institute.

Before commencing an academic role at WBS, she has worked in globally recognized multinational firms in diverse technical, consultancy and management roles - Bharti Cellular Ltd., LG Soft, Aircom International (TEOCO), AVON Cosmetics, UCAS, AGCO Corporation. She is also PRINCE2 certified practitioner in Project Management.

Outside work, she is keen for yoga, exploring spirituality and volunteering for local community (particularly working with young children).
