Hi! I'm Seyoung!

I’m an assistant professor in the Information Systems Management & Analytics Group at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK.

I hold a PhD in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, USA.

• Concentration: Management Information Systems
• Minor: Business Economics and Public Policy

I received an MS and a BA in Management Science at KAIST, South Korea.

Research Interests

My research focuses on digital information environments—how digital platforms shape information quality, user behavior, media markets, and economic outcomes—including:

• Misinformation and information quality
• Social interactions and peer effects
• Digital transformation of media markets
• Freedom of expression
• Online health communities

I use both experimental and econometric methods, often combining them within a single paper.
