Hi! I'm Seyoung!

I’m an assistant professor in the Information Systems Management & Analytics Group at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK.

I hold a PhD in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, United States.

• Concentration: Management Information Systems
• Minor: Business Economics and Public Policy

I received an MS and a BA in Management Science at KAIST, South Korea.

My research focuses on digital information environments—how digital platforms shape information quality, user behavior, market structure, and broader social and economic outcomes—including:

• Misinformation
• Social interactions and peer effects
• Information markets
• Freedom of expression
• Online communities

I use experiments and econometric analysis.
