Biography
Simona Risteska is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Warwick Business School. She holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research lies in empirical finance, with a focus on information frictions, belief formation, institutional investment, and housing markets. She studies how disclosure, behavioural distortions, and mechanical trading rules shape asset prices and real economic decisions. Her recent work examines transaction price disclosure in housing markets, overcrowding among institutional investors, and dynamic arbitrage arising from price-based risk constraints.
