How do I access the alumni website?

Your alumni website is your gateway to resources, careers support, networks and more.

You can log in to your alumni website here. To log in, you will need your alumni ID, see the next FAQ for more information.

How do I find my alumni ID?

Your Alumni ID is usually your student number preceded by an ‘A’, or sometimes a code starting ‘NM’ (e.g. A1234567). You’ll find it at the top of the WBS alumni newsletters sent to your email inbox.

If you need support, please contact alumni@wbs.ac.uk with your full name and date of birth.

How do I update my details?

To update your details, please register to create a free account on WarwickGrad.net.

This is a service for all University of Warwick alumni, and is managed by the University’s alumni team.

What benefits do WBS alumni receive?

How do I join the WBS alumni networks?

How can I obtain or renew my alumni card?

Which buildings can I access with my alumni card?

With your alumni swipe card, you can enjoy access to the Library, University House including the Learning Grid, and the Sports and Wellness Hub (when you join a sports membership scheme).

You can borrow up to five books from the library for up to two weeks.

How do I get a copy of my degree certificate or transcript?

For copies or verifications of certificates, please visit the University of Warwick's website.

For transcripts, please contact the Student Records team, or email the transcripts team at aotranscripts@warwick.ac.uk.

How do I access my HEAR records?

HEAR records are digital transcripts, available to alumni who completed Undergraduate studies at Warwick post-2012. They are not currently available to Postgraduate alumni.

You can access your HEAR records by logging into GradIntel. If you don’t know your log in details, click 'LOGIN' and then 'Lost Account Details?' and follow the instructions.

How do I obtain proof of study?

Please contact studentinformationcentre@warwick.ac.uk including your full name, date of birth and Warwick Student ID.
