Meet our Change Maker: Keltoum Baddaje
From Warwick Business School to a Career in Esports
Keltoum Baddaje | BSc International Management alum | On air interviewer and presenter in the Esports industry.
When Keltoum had the choice between staying in consultancy or going full-time into Esports, she chose the latter. She is now one of the most recognisable voices in the industry.
A BSc International Management alum, Keltoum (known professionally as Giniro) was named in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in sports and games in 2025. She has covered tournaments including League of Legends, Valorant Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and Rocket League.
“You have to make sure you are able to show up and perform on the day.” These skills, she says, came from her time at WBS: public speaking, CV workshops, and advocating for yourself, especially as a freelancer.
“You will always regret the things that you didn’t do. If you’re the same person next year as you are this year then are you really getting everything you want out of life?”.
For Keltoum, change is a non-negotiable, and she’s just getting started.
