How to use AI in strategy
Unleash the power of AI in strategic planning! There are actually two sides to this. First, AI is changing your business environment and you will need a strategic response to this. We will equip you with the tools to do exactly this. Second, as a strategist you can also use AI. We will teach you how to unleash the power of LLM for ideation, selection, formulation, and implementation. Think of it as AI joining the leadership team – an experiment we actually ran for over a year with an organic sneaker company.

More detailsPractical AI Skills for managers
AI isn’t just a tech topic - it’s a leadership imperative. On Day 2, we focus on equipping senior leaders with the practical AI literacy needed to drive smarter, faster, and more informed decisions across the business. We’ll start by demystifying prompt engineering - a fundamental skill in interacting with AI systems. You will explore diverse practical applications to showcase AI’s transformative potential. Together, these will equip you with insights to identify opportunities in your organisation where AI can be transformative and lead to significant business value.
Organisational changes enabling AI wins
When electricity was first introduced, it was not the invention itself but the transformation of production systems around it that reshaped industries. The same principle applies to AI. To move beyond excitement and pilot projects, leaders must develop the capability to drive change—both within themselves and across their organisations.
We will focus on cultivating change leadership on two critical fronts:
- Leading Personal Change:
AI adoption begins with leaders who are willing to rethink their own assumptions, mental models, and decision-making habits. You’ll learn how to cultivate curiosity, digital openness, and adaptive thinking—foundations for personal transformation in an AI-enabled environment. - Leading Organisational Change:
AI will only create lasting value if it is embedded into the heart of your organisation's structures, workflows, and culture. You will explore practical frameworks for redesigning processes, building AI-literate teams, and fostering an innovation-ready culture that is agile enough to capitalise on AI capabilities.
Throughout the day, we will ground these lessons in real-world case studies, offering concrete examples of how leaders and companies have successfully navigated this dual transformation. By the end, you’ll be equipped not just to adopt AI tools, but to lead your organisation through the systemic change AI demands.
