Who is the programme for?

Learning to Lead is designed for professionals who are stepping into greater leadership responsibility and want to build a strong foundation for future leadership success. Participants typically have 3-10 years of professional experience and are transitioning from delivering through their own expertise to leading people, projects or organisational outcomes.
