This event caters to both emerging and senior leaders, offering insights into career transitions, self-discovery, and skills mapping. With engaging sessions and expert guidance, you'll leave with a personalised action plan to enhance your leadership capabilities.

We will also introduce our new WBS Executive Leadership and WBS Emerging Leaders programmes, both delivered over 5.5 days at Warwick Conferences. Transport will be available for those arriving at Coventry train station by 5:15 PM. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you unlock your leadership potential!

6:10pm - 7:00pm: Leadership pathways: coaching for success

Engage in a dynamic coaching session focused on the full spectrum of career transitions. Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned executive, this session will provide valuable insights into navigating leadership roles, discovering your unique leadership style, and mapping the skills gap.

7:00pm - 7:15pm: What is a leader? Navigating challenges and embodying your authentic self

Dimitrios Spyridonidis will deliver an inspiring talk on what is expected of you as a leader, emphasising the importance of authenticity and operating effectively within the system you exist in. He will also introduce the WBS Executive Leadership and WBS Emerging Leaders programmes, which are delivered residually at Warwick Conferences.
