What is your name and what are you studying?

My name is Moustafa Rashad, CEO of EHC Investment, and I completed the Strategic Mindset of Leadership Executive Education programme at Warwick Business School.

What motivated you to apply for the programme?

As a leader in the energy and investment sector, I am constantly seeking ways to refine strategic thinking and drive sustainable growth. I was motivated to join this programme to further enhance my leadership agility and strategic decision-making in an evolving global business environment.

Why did you choose to study this programme?

The programme perfectly aligned with my goal of strengthening strategic foresight while deepening my understanding of leadership dynamics at the executive level. It offered an exceptional balance between academic insight and real-world application.

I aimed to refine how strategy is developed and executed through people, learning how to better align vision, culture, and performance to create long-term value.

What stood out about the programme?

What was your favourite part of the programme?

My favourite aspect was the open exchange of ideas with experienced leaders from different industries. The discussions were stimulating, and the collaborative learning environment challenged me to think beyond traditional frameworks.

What will you be taking from the programme to your workplace?

I have taken a renewed strategic mindset, one that emphasises adaptability, clarity of purpose, and empowering leadership. These lessons have further strengthened EHC Investment’s ability to drive sustainable growth and innovation across our portfolio.

What would be your advice to someone considering applying for this programme in the future?

Approach it with curiosity and openness. The true value lies not only in the frameworks taught but in the reflective journey and the calibre of people you’ll meet.
