Completing my placement year at Hewlett Packard Enterprise allowed me to experience the corporate world in London before finishing my undergraduate degree. This helped me build confidence in my professional skills and in my ability to find meaningful employment after graduation.

During my placement year, I learned about industry trends and networks which I believe will be helpful knowledge as my career progresses in this field. I gained some tangible skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis in my role and was opened to new experiences and opportunities through networking internally and externally.

Before applying for placement year opportunities I received lots of helpful support from the WBS CareersPlus team. After I accepted the offer to work at Hewlett Packard Enterprise the CareersPlus team took good care of me and made sure I had the right documentation in place in preparation for my placement year.
