Who is the programme for?

This programme is aimed at senior leaders who are from non-finance backgrounds but are often involved in finance related decision making.

If you want to speak the same language as your finance team, understand the financial principles to see the constraints that accountants operate within and have the confidence and ability to be able to use financial data to back up your decisions, then Finance for Non-Finance Leaders is right for you.

The programme is ideal for professionals who hold leaderships or management roles across various industries but lack formal financial training, such as:

Specific requirements

The programme is conducted in English, and participants are expected to be able to understand and contribute to discussions. 

Educated in the English language?

If you are a non-native speaker of English but have been educated entirely in English this may satisfy the University of your language skills. Please read their information carefully.
