We are delighted to announce we will be joined by WBS Dean Andy Lockett, who will be providing a welcome from the business school, as well as a panel session discussing the impact of AI on professional careers.

Sorina Constantinescu, Commercial Director Enterprise Air Partners, Travelport, WBS Ambassador and Panel Chair. Sorina is a WBS MBA senior commercial lead, combining deep commercial understanding and data insight capability with relationship management skills to deliver account growth in complex business situations with extensive experienced in Europe and the Middle East.
Hammad Khan, Managing Director, Middle East & Africa, Designit (A Wipro company). Originally from Nottingham UK, Hammad has been in the Middle East for the last decade, where he has led the design and innovation capability for EY, Accenture, UAE & KSA Government and multiple corporations. He is now Managing Director at Wipro and Designit - who have recently announced a $1bn investment into AI. Outside of work, Hammad is the regional leader of the Service Design Network, a lecturer/mentor at the Dubai Institute for Design & Innovation (DIDI) and is halfway through his Global Online MBA at Warwick Business School.
Wijenathan (Thuvi) Kulkarni, Head of People at Hugo. As Head of People at Hugo, an organization providing outsourcing services to facilitate AI platforms, Thuvi looks after a community of 1400 team members predominantly in machine learning to support the build out of open source platforms, pushing Africa a talent frontier. Thuvi’s background makes her invaluable in discussing the impact of AI from a HR perspective, and as a business specialist.
Jimi Daodu, Founder and CEO at Vault Hill. As a recent WBS graduate from a distance learning MBA (January 2020 cohort), Jimi’s knowledge is backed up by current business knowledge. The beginning of his impressive self-founded company, driven by his passion for digital transformation, focuses on building a human-centric metaverse by combining AI, blockchain and extended reality to provide ‘opportunities for all’. Today, he is based in Dubai, UAE, pioneering the mainstream adoption of metaverse by business professionals in anticipation of a further digitalized world.
Alessio Bagnaresi, Director of AI & Advanced Analytics, Google Cloud EMEA. Having lived in Dubai for nearly two decades, Alessio has used this time to build up a substantial portfolio working for IT companies and specialising in AI as a director at both Microsoft and then Google. He studied a distance learning MBA at WBS, graduating in 2017. His focus is now on leading artificial intelligence in commercialising generative AI technology, particularly using large language models.
