Graduate Programme in Applied Management

Course Details

The Graduate Programme in Applied Management consists of six interlocking elements. Following an intensive immersion week, you will undertake 3 six-day modules broken down into two-day and three-day blocks, with each module assessed through a work-focused assignment.

A Team Consulting Project is completed after twelve months and your work-based Individual Project closes the programme at the end of fifteen months.

You will be taught by leading practitioners and academics with extensive experience of working in and with many cross-sector national and multinational organisations.

Who is the programme for?
The Warwick Graduate Programme in Applied Management is ideal if you have a minimum of three years’ management experience, or you have a professional qualification and are looking for more general management development as your role grows. There are no formal academic entry requirements.

We will use a variety of thought-provoking and challenging methods to stimulate your learning such as:

  • Tutor-led group discussion
  • Group work
  • Guided reading
  • E-based learning via our online system my.wbs
  • Workshops with faculty and external specialists
  • Specially designed learning activities for groups, pairs and individuals
  • Project supervision.

There are no exams as assessment is through coursework and your two projects.
