Who can benefit from this course? 

The course is designed for senior managers and executives who are looking to improve their marketing strategy and create value for their customers. Whether you work in a marketing, sales or a customer-focused function already, or need to ensure you have a firm understanding of how marketing works for your organisation, this course will give you the knowledge and skills you need.

You will gain most from the programme if you come prepared to tackle the strategic challenges facing your organisation, which need outside inputs and new thinking, and/or you wish to address areas within your own development to help you get to the next level of performance. Applications are encouraged across a wide section of industry sectors, both commercial and non-profit/public sector, and business functions.

Specific requirements

  • This is a hands-on programme, so it is important that you can demonstrate that your experience and responsibilities will allow you to take an active part in discussions, so you can benefit fully from the programme
  • Ideally you should have at least five years of management experience that reflects the contribution and impact you have made as a leader in your career so far. Final admission decisions will be made by the Programme Director and Admissions Committee 
  • English language: All of our programmes are delivered in English so, if English is not your first language, you have not graduated from an English speaking university or worked in an English speaking environment for at least two years, you must demonstrate a minimum overall standard a recognised test of English. Requirements are shown below. The certificate will be required as evidence.
