Intensive leadership and development support

Unlimited career consultations with our highly experienced in-house Career Coaches or Managers. Your sessions can cover typical careers topics such as CV reviews and practice interviews, but can also cover wider career issues such as career clarity and confidence, influence and visibility, politics, emotional wellbeing, redundancy management, strategic networking and tapping into the hidden job market
- 3 x 1-hour coaching sessions with expert coaches from the WBS Coaching Panel:
Executive Coaching: Work with experienced leadership coaches who understand the realities of senior leadership roles and can help you tackle challenges such as navigating organisational politics, managing setbacks, overcoming imposter syndrome, building confidence in your leadership style, and leading through change.

Building your network
Alongside numerous events held at our Warwick campus and WBS London, you will have access to LinkedIn groups, discussion forums, and networks. Wherever you are in the world, you can build a flexible, personalised network that meets your needs.
Our main platforms are LinkedIn and Whatsapp and you can join as many groups as you like, whether that's based on your career goals, personal or professional interests or the region that you live and/or work.
Each network hosts dedicated events, where you can access sector insights, hear from speakers from industry, gain careers guidance and professional development opportunities and of course, reconnect with old classmates.
Beyond graduation
Your connection with Warwick doesn’t end once you’ve completed your studies. As a WBS alumni, you can still access our excellent online career resources and enjoy one free career consultation after graduation. You can also access enhanced services for an additional cost.
After graduation, you will also have the opportunity to apply to undertake up to two further face-to-face modules at Warwick and The Shard, free of charge, subject to availability. These modules are not for credit.
WBS Global Mentoring Programme
Exclusively for WBS students and alumni, and accredited by Investors in People, our 12-month programme matches mentees with a mentor from our alumni community.

As part of the programme you can join the mentoring LinkedIn group and attend a range of dedicated events throughout the year.
