MiS presents Marketing Strategy - James Vowles, Tangle Teezer Ltd

Speaker Profile

After graduating from Bath University, James started at Procter & Gamble in 1995 and worked in a number of different Sales, Marketing and General Management roles across Europe, latterly running P&Gs Health & Beauty business in the UK and Cleaners & Aircare businesses across Europe. Leaving P&G in 2016, James became the co-founder of a start up skin care business which he is still involved in today, and in 2017 joined Tangle Teezer as their Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing Sales & Marketing Globally. James is an alumnus of Warwick Business School having completed an MBA by Distance Learning. James lives in London with his Wife and 3 children.

The Marketing Insight Series (MiS) was co-founded by Dr Laura Chamberlain and Faye Neivens during the 2017-18 academic year, with the intention of ‘bridging the gap between academia and industry’ at the University of Warwick. MiS is an unprecedented suite of events ranging from industry speaker sessions, skills workshops, student challenges and a Marketing Festival.
