KIN Masterclass: Embracing Experiential Learning

This one-day interactive masterclass will go beyond just the use of experiential exercises in learning programmes and help participants think about maximising learning from every group experience.

In order to learn, people need to combine new learning with things they already know and make 'tacit' learning 'explicit' in order to make it retrievable and therefore likely to actually be applied. If you want to help people across all parts of your organisation to be able to learn in a more engaging and sustainable way, this workshop is for you!

Learning Points
  • Why experiential learning is 'better' learning (the science)
  • How to get the most out of experiential exercises through active and creative review
  • How to present and look at models in an engaging and experiential way
  • How to maximise learner engagement
