Society and the ‘New Normal’ – How are We Coping?

As our lives are being played out under new restrictions, what is the effect on our mental health and physical wellbeing? 

While some people appear to be willing to take a risk, to bend or break the rules and carry on, others are suffering with non-Covid health problems as the fear of catching Covid-19 prevents them from visiting their GP or seeking urgent medical help.  

We’re facing new levels of stress and anxiety in every corner of our lives, so how do we cope? How can we stay focused and driven?
