What’s your psychological capital? Do you know your HERO levels? Join us as we explore how to maximise it for business results.

Psychological Capital is defined as "an individual's positive psychological state of development". It’s characterised by having high levels of HERO; Hope, (Self-)Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism.

Studies have shown a high correlation between psychological capital and positive leadership outcomes and effectiveness. Indeed, companies are being urged, by substantial support in the literature, to seek to train their workforce to become better leaders, more authentic, innovative and expand their psychological capacities in order for the organisation as a whole to develop and sustain competitive advantage.

Eugene Washington Walker will explore the breadth and depth of Psychological Capital, its relevance in today’s working environment and most importantly, how we can take control of increasing our own levels of HERO, thereby heightening our own performance, motivation and job satisfaction, whilst enhancing our ability to exercise effective leadership and gain increased opportunities for promotion.
