Serving as a NED is rewarding. It allows you to steer an organisation in the right direction by leveraging your knowledge, experience and views at the executive level. It is about providing constructive challenges, offering strategic guidance, sharing expertise and holding management accountable.
Diversity in the Boardroom has emerged as a crucial factor for the Board's success, and there is now a stronger case than ever for women on Boards. During the event, we will share the numerous opportunities to explore this avenue, ranging from serving as a Trustee on an NGO Board to pursuing a NED portfolio career, all of which can significantly contribute to your career growth.
A group of accomplished women will share their individual journeys, opportunities, and challenges, with moderation by WBS MBA alumna Ekaterina Smirnova.
Join us for an evening with fellow women from the Warwick community to connect, learn, and inspire.
