To secure your place on the 2024 WBS Global Mentoring Programme, you need to make a one-time payment of £365. Our matching process will start in May 2024, and the programme will begin in June 2024 and run until December 2025. After receiving your payment, we will share the dates with you and invite you to attend an induction, which will be conducted both in-person and online during the second week of June.
At the induction, you will meet your mentor and start your programme journey in a relaxed environment. Following the induction, you will begin your 1-2-1 mentoring meetings either in-person or online and establish a strong relationship with your mentor over time.
Our programme leadership team will get in touch with you to provide more details about the learning, networking, and sharing best practice events so that you can plan your 18-month programme accordingly.
