Lucy Easthope: Lucy is a Professor at the Centre for Death and Society, University of Bath and Co-Founder of the After Disaster Network, University of Durham. She is also Research Associate at the Joint Centre for Disaster Research, Massey University, New Zealand. Lucy has become a passionate and thought-provoking voice in the field of emergency planning. She is a trusted advisor to many organisations, especially in their times of need, including national and local authorities. Her website is www.whatevernext.info. She is the author of Sunday Times Bestseller When The Dust Settles and her new book Come What May is released on May 15th. Her academic monograph The Recovery Myth was published in 2018.

Graham Dwyer: Graham Dwyer is an Associate Professor in Social Innovation at Trinity Business School (TBS), Trinity College Dublin. He is also Co-Director at the Centre for Social Innovation, TBS. Graham's research focuses on the way organizations make sense and learn from hazard events. He is the author of Making Sense of Natural Disasters.
