Emre Yildiz is Associate Professor at Mälardalen University, Sweden. He is interested in how firms can foster collaboration when they deal with culturally distant counterparts, as well as key managerial decisions that could improve firms' ability to learn from and respond to their environment. His research has been published in top-level journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, International Business Review, Journal of International Management, Management International Review, Technovation and Scandinavian Management Journal. The quality and impact of Emre's research have been recognized through several accolades such as Copenhagen Prize and Emerald's Citation of Excellence Award. Dr. Yildiz is a member of the Academy of Management Review and the Journal of World Business editorial boards. The quality of his editorial service has also earned him multiple Best Reviewer awards from both journals.

Sergey Morgulis-Yakushev is an Associated Researcher at Uppsala University, Sweden. His research focuses on international business strategy, with a particular emphasis on how multinational corporations navigate digital transformation, sustainability-driven innovation, and geopolitical uncertainty. He has published in leading journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of World Business, Global Strategy Journal, and Technovation. His current work examines how the adoption of artificial intelligence influences value creation, innovation, and workforce transformation in organizations, leveraging large-scale datasets, patent data, and text analysis. Sergey has strong expertise in advanced statistical modeling and data processing, with proficiency in Python, R, and other analytical tools.
