Anna is a passionate academic with over 15 years of experience in Higher Education, including leading teaching in different disciplines of Business and Project Management, developing curriculum, managing an undergraduate course, as well as conducting research and undertaking multinational projects with a view to enhancing student experience.

She holds a BSc(Hons) and a MSc in Engineering Business Management from Coventry University, as well as a Master's degree in Management and Marketing (with specialisation in Business and Technology) from the Lodz University of Technology, Poland.

Anna specialises in academic integrity and student plagiarism. In her role as Academic Integrity Lead for Warwick Business School (WBS), she has a lead departmental responsibility for promoting ethical behaviour and academic integrity standards in professional practice, and for ensuring departmental alignment with the University regulation and guidance.

Her PhD research investigated differences in attitudes and practices of European students towards plagiarism and academic misconduct. The project involved research into students' ethics and values, as well as analysis of the Higher Education systems in which they gain knowledge, in order to find out reasons behind their dishonest academic behaviour.

Anna is a Senior Fellow of the UK's Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) awarded by the Chartered Association of Business Schools. She is also a member of the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI) Working Group for Educational Materials and serves as Editorial Review Board member for the International Journal for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ijSoTL).
