Dawn Eubanks is the Director of the Full Time MBA and Associate Professor of Behavioural Science and Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Warwick Business School.
She earned her PhD in Industrial Organisational Psychology in 2008 with a minor in quantitative methods from the University of Oklahoma after working for several years as a Management Consultant in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington D.C. for T. Rowe Price, Watson Wyatt and Corporate Executive Board. In that capacity, Dawn worked with many high profile clients.
Dawn has been on the editorial board of The Leadership Quarterly since 2010 and was an Associate Editor for Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology from 2014-2017 and has been an Associate Editor of Creativity Research Journal since 2022. As a Senior Teaching Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Dawn has a passion for teaching.

Research Interests

Dawn's research interests are primarily in the areas of leadership and entrepreneurship while understanding the influence of gender. Within leadership and entrepreneurship, she is currently exploring stereotypes, decision making, and perceptions of success. Recent research includes a focus upon investment decisions in entrepreneurial ventures. Dawn has been awarded large research grants to study leadership in the context of deception detection. Her research findings appear in several books and journals such as The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Creativity Research Journal and Human Resource Management Review.
