I have worked at WBS since 2014. My Masters Degree was in Teaching English as a Second Language and I completed the Warwick PGA TEL in 2015. My recently completed PhD explores the ways in which virtual team members use Mobile Instant Messaging Apps such as WhatsApp to build meaningful relationships and shared understandings with each other. 

I teach on the Undergraduate Programme and tutor on the Global Online MBA. My teaching and learning interests include group work and the use of peer assessment of team-working skills, the design of online learning content, and transformative learning.

I am a Senior Fellow of HEA, a mentor and assessor for HEA fellowship applications, and an alumnus of WIHEA.
