Biography
Haley holds a PhD in Management from the University of Warwick for her dissertation on Social Enterprise Performance Measurement and Management. Her research focusses on strengthening organizational positive social change initiatives, social impact strategies, and impact measurement. She is primarily a qualitative, engaged, scholar who does research with and for stakeholders involved in social change and social impact work. Her work has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Business Ethics. Haley has volunteered on and contributed to several regional, national, and international advisory committees, not-for-profit boards, and social change projects with United Kingdom and Canadian government entities and social economy organizations. She regularly advises on social impact strategies and impact measurement for organizations such as the OECD, Spirit 2012, the Belong Network, the Crown Estate and the Department for Communities and Local Government.
