Ketan Goswami is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Warwick Business School. He received his PhD in Entrepreneurship from Ivey Business School (London, Ontario, Canada). He also has a Masters in Labor and Human Resources from the Ohio State University (Columbus, Ohio, USA) and a Bachelors in Production Engineering from V.J.T.I., Mumbai University (Mumbai, Maharashtra, India).

His professional/ corporate experience spans 10+ years in diverse industries ranging from FMCG to Banking to Information Technology.

Ketan's research uses a social psychology lens and explores the interactions between the person (entrepreneur) and their environment (context).

He is keenly interested in exploring how micro-level entrepreneurial actions (creativity, resourcefulness, etc.) interact with diverse macro-level environmental contexts (resource scarcity, ambiguity, institutional inequality, etc). Additionally, he is also interested in exploring the micro-foundations of entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Further, his research emphasizes the "doing"/ practice side of entrepreneurship!

At a personal level, Ketan values diversity and inclusion, and firmly believes that inclusive cultures/ ecosystems foster individual creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation!
