Biography

My research uses a social psychology lens and
explores the interactions between the person and their environment.

I am fascinated by how micro-level entrepreneurial
actions (creativity, resourcefulness, etc.) interact with
diverse macro-level environmental contexts
(resource scarcity, ambiguity, institutional inequality, etc).

Further, given a strong bias for action, my research
as well as my teaching emphasizes the
"doing"/ practice side of entrepreneurship!

At a personal level, I value diversity and
inclusion, and firmly believe that diverse/ inclusive
cultures foster individual creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation!
