The Behavioural Science group at Warwick Business School is the leading centre of its kind in Europe, at the forefront of research in psychology, economics and neuroscience, while heavily involved in real world applications.

Redzo's research is primarily in applied economics and quantitative social science. In particular, he focuses on the empirical study of human wellbeing, cooperation, and discrimination. In his work, he uses a range of methods including large longitudinal surveys and field experiments.
